Trace element aspects of Hungarian crop production

Prof. Dr. Schmidt Rezső, CSc. is professor at the University of West Hungary, Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences. He is a graduate of the Faculty and he has pursued there a scientific and educational career for over three decades. His main research area is the broader field of soil sciences and specifically of agronomy but he is also active in the field of environmental sciences. He is member of several national and international scientific organizations. He has been the dean of the Faculty since 2008 and head of the Institute for Plant Production since 2012.
